Residents of Munro Place,

We have found additional concrete at the west end of the site, near the road where the trees have recently been removed. This work is unforeseen, as no underground structures were evidenced on any plans, and no topography analysis could be completed due to the density of the trees.

We are looking to carry out the additional break-out works commencing on Tuesday, 14 February. We anticipate this work to take two days, with completion expected by Wednesday,15 February, in the afternoon. We appreciate that this is not ideal, but we would like to thank you all for your time and patience.

Dear Resident,

We are writing to inform you of the intention for the initiation of the above development. This letter is intended to provide you with details regarding the development, the intended construction activities and contact details for any raising any queries or concerns.

Planning Permission

As you will be aware, the above planning application (reference 22/00012/FUL) was determined at Planning Committee on 3rd November 2022, with the Decision Notice, grating planning permission, being formally issued by Clackmannanshire Council on 7th November 2022.

With the exception of compliance related conditions and/or those requiring discharge prior to later stages of the construction, the application did not receive any conditions that required discharge prior to commencement on site. The necessary Notification of Initiation of Development has been issued to Clackmannanshire Council for their records.

All approved plans and documents, as well as the Decision Notice are available to view online via the Clackmannanshire Council planning portal: https://publicaccess.clacks.gov.uk/publicaccess
