Frequently Asked Questions

  • Is there a minimum order amount to qualify for the referral scheme? There is no minimum order quantity or value to qualify for the 30 days free rent. Purchases must include an industrial gas PG product.
  • What requirements are there for me to qualify for the scheme? An account needs to be set up on direct debit, and an invoice raised with Air Products. The rental charges will be removed from this opening order for 30 days.
  • Are there any exemptions to the scheme? Purchases of equipment or services alone do not qualify for rewards, nor do orders for liquid or onsite gas generation supply. 30 days free rental will be paid up to a maximum of 10 cylinders a month
  • When will I my rent-free days be applied? For the initial 30 days of your first order any rental charges associated with that order will be set to £0/ €0. After the initial 30 days have passed, any Air Products product that you have on your site will start to accrue daily rental charges and an invoice issued for these charges at the end of that month. If you are on a pre-payment contract, then you will pay 11 months rather than 12.
  • What requirements are there for my referrer to qualify for the rent free days? You need to have set up an account with Air Products, raised an order, order delivered, and invoice paid for the product before your referrer qualifies for 30 days rental to be waived.
  • Can I make a referral? Once you have placed your first order and paid your first invoice then you are welcome to refer other companies to Air Products and receive a reward of another month with 30 days rent free.
  • Is there a limit to how many referrals I can make? Once you are an established Air Products customer there is no limit on the number of referrals that can be made. Rent free days will be applied to a maximum of 10 cylinders per referral.

Air Products Customer Scheme – Terms & Conditions

  1. The Air Products Customer Referral Scheme facilitates for existing Air Products customers to recommend the Company (Air Products) for industrial cylinder gas supply.  If a referral is made from an existing Company customer (Referrer) to a prospect customer (Referee) and the Referee places an Order with the Company, then the Company waives 30 days rental charges to both parties.
  2. An Order as stated above includes setting up an account on direct debit and placing an Order for industrial cylinder gas with Air Products for which an invoice has been raised to the new customer (referee).
  3. 30 days rental will be waived on the first order from the Referee with Air Products (up to a maximum of 10 cylinders). 
  4. 30 days rental charges will be waived from Referrers account (up to a maximum of 10 cylinders) once the Referee has paid their first invoice.
  5. Participants of the scheme must be 18 years or older.
  6. The Air Products Customer referral scheme is open to UK and Republic of Ireland residents only and can only make referrals to Air Products PLC or Air Products Ireland
  7. Employees, agencies or family members of Air Products PLC cannot make a referral within this scheme.
  8. All referrals must be submitted to Air Products via the Customer Referral Scheme form hosted on the Air Products Customer Referral Scheme website www.airproducts.co.uk/customer-referral.
  9. Established Air Products customers with no outstanding payments on account can refer an unlimited number of companies to Air Products via the Air Products Customer Referral Scheme.
  10. Air Products Customer Referral Scheme only applies to packaged gas (cylinders and cylinder pack) customers and referrals and does not include liquid or onsite gas generation supply, equipment or services for both parties.
  11. When referring a company to Air Products, the Referrer will need to supply the Referee with their company contact details. Provision of this contact data constitutes as consent from the Referrer to the Referee.
  12. All participants shall be deemed to have accepted the Terms & Conditions of the Air Products Customer Referral Scheme.
  13. The customer referral scheme reward (waiver of 30 days rental charges) is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other rewards.
  14. Air Products reserves the right to reject use of this offer with reasonable cause.
