Product Surcharge

In recent months UK Energy and Fuel markets have seen a great deal of price volatility resulting in an unprecedented increase to costs. Air Products is reflecting this element on customer invoices as a Product Surcharge, separated from product price this will allow transparency and help customers understand the breakdown of their billing.

N.B. This service is only for customers holding liquid and bulk gas accounts with Air Products PLC.

To register to view the Product Surcharge information, follow the instructions below:

• For new APDirect users:
  (You are an APDirect user if you have registered for any of our online ordering applications or online technical and product services):
  
  Click on this link and complete the required registration information. Once approved, you will receive an email confirmation and will be able to access the tool from your personalized APDirect portal page.
   
• For existing APDirect users:
  Click here to access APDirect*. Log in to your portal as you normally do to access your existing services. Click on "My Profile" and "New Invitation Code" on the left side of your portal. Insert the invitation code noted below and click on Submit. You will need to login again to access Bulk News from the left margin of your portal page.

  *If you have previously registered, but do not have your login id or Password, click on the login button from the APDirect portal and click on the Password or Username (you must first enter your email address) button and we will email the information to you.
