| AIR PRODUCTS TO INCREASE PRICES FOR POLYURETHANE AMINE AND METAL CATALYSTS, SILICONE SURFACTANTS AND SPECIALTY PRODUCTS
As of September 2006, Air Products will increase prices for all Dabco® and Polycat® polyurethane amine and metal catalysts, Dabco DC® silicone surfactants and LK® surfactants. The increase is global and will range between 5 to 15% depending upon the product types.
These increases are necessary to offset continued substantial rises in raw materials, energy, fuel, and distribution expenses, which Air Products has absorbed over the past months.
