Ivo Bols
Vice President, Northern Continent and Packaged Gases Europe
Ivo Bols joined Air Products in 1988 as Financial Analyst, becoming the European Helium Marketing Manager in 1990. Mr. Bols moved to France in 1992 first as District General Manager then as Regional Sales Manager Packaged Gases - Air Products France, South. In 1995 he was appointed Business Development Manager, before being named European Marketing Manager General Industries then European Marketing Manager Fabrication Industries in 1996. In 1999 Mr. Bols moved to Germany as General Manager Merchant Gases Germany, before being named as General Manager, Northern Continent and Packaged Gases.
He has served in his current position of Vice President, Northern Continent and Packaged Gases since 2003, focussing on the development of the company’s Packaged Gases businesses across the globe and giving regional leadership to our Merchant Businesses.
Mr. Bols was born in 1961 in Tilburg (NL) and received a degree as a Bio-Engineer in 1983 from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium, followed by a Master of Business Administration in 1985, specialising in Operations Research, Finance and Marketing. |
