Air Products Raises Funds For Bliss And The
Alzheimer's Society
June 2003 — £1,691.10 has been donated
to the Mayor of Elmbridge's Charity Fund by Air Products
Hersham, who hosted a fundraising event in support of Bliss
(a premature Baby charity) and the Alzheimer's Society (the
UK's leading care and research charity for people with any
form of dementia and their carers).
The event, which comprised of a BBQ, Disco and Raffle,
a TV auction and a bouncy castle for the children, was very
successful. Raffle prizes included a Weekend in Prague (flights
and hotel) courtesy of Air Products and Intercontinental
Hotels, an England Football shirt signed by England legend
Sir Geoff Hurst, a bottle of champagne (donated by Sona)
and a teddy bear (donated by promotional goods company,
4imprint).
