AIR PRODUCTS DECLARES QUARTERLY DIVIDEND
LEHIGH VALLEY, Pa. (March 15, 2001) — The Board of
Directors of Air Products and Chemicals, Inc. (NYSE:APD)
today declared a quarterly dividend of 19 cents per share
of common stock. The dividend is payable on 14 May 2001
to shareholders of record at the close of business on 02
April 2001.
