AIR PRODUCTS POLYMERS TO INCREASE PRICES
IN EUROPE
17th October 2000 Air Products Polymers
(APP) will increase prices for its range of dispersions
marketed under the trademarks Airflex®, Vinac,
Flexbond® and Flexcryl® by 7 Euro/100 kg.
Dispersions are used in the fabrication of adhesives, nonwoven
materials, paints, coatings and other products.
The increase, effective from 1 November 2000, is necessary
to offset the rise in costs of raw materials, in particular
vinyl acetate monomer.
