Our Patient Charter

Air Products is committed to providing a home nebuliser service that puts the needs of patients first.

2. We provide technical expertise to meet your nebuliser therapy requirements.
3. We are committed to a ‘personal approach’ in the delivery of our service. Your equipment will be delivered by our trained homecare service engineers, who will be able to help with any technical problems you may have.
4. We will endeavour to provide a service of the highest standard.
5. We will host Patient Forums*, listening to our patients and taking on board their comments on new technologies and services, with a view to making our service even better in the future.
