Equipment questions

What if I have a problem with my equipment?

If you have a problem with your nebuliser compressor, first refer to the
> troubleshooting section.

If you cannot resolve the problem yourself, call our helpline on 0800 121 4524, 8.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. One of our trained customer service operators will try to identify and solve the problem.

If we cannot solve the problem over the phone we will arrange for one of our homecare service engineers to call at your home.

How do I obtain more mouthpieces, masks or tubing?

At each service visit your homecare service engineer will supply you with a year’s supply of consumables and will advise you on replacements. This will depend on the type of nebuliser unit you are using. If, for any reason, you need replacement consumables before this time, call our helpline on 0800 121 4524, 8.00am - 5.00pm, Monday to Friday and we will arrange to send some out to you.
