Each year Air Products hold a number of Patient Forums, whereby you are invited to come along and talk about your experiences of the Home Oxygen Service.

Patient Forums are an excellent opportunity for patients and their representatives to meet other home oxygen users and discuss the service in a relaxed and informal atmosphere. We use Patient Forums as an opportunity to gather patients’ opinions, which we value very highly. In fact in the past many changes and improvements have been made following discussions at these events.

Patient Forums are hosted by the patient services manager, the clinical nurse advisor for the area, the regional engineer supervisor and a local engineer. In addition, a number of other representatives are often in attendance including the local fire brigade.
