Freshline® Batch Freezer
With the stringency of HACCP regulations, there is more need than ever to quickly reduce product temperatures to minimize bacterial growth in products. Liquid nitrogen batch freezers can freeze products faster (as little as 75 minutes vs. 24 hours in conventional holding freezers), thus reducing time for bacterial growth. Typically the Freshline batch freezer takes 20 minutes to refrigerate 100 kg of product.
