What is CryoEase^®?

STEP 1: Site survey conducted

We appreciate that all customer sites are unique, and as such we try hard to accommodate your individual requirements. Our account managers are on hand to carry out a free site survey and application review to establish which mini bulk tank system suits your needs.

The review will cover all aspects from tank selection, gas system design (liquid or gas offtake), installation, servicing, maintenance of the mini tanks and micro bulk system through to safety advice.

STEP 2: Design, installation and testing

Working to BCGA (British Compressed Gases Association) guidelines and in compliance with pressure system safety regulations, we will design, install and rigorously test your new system.

STEP 3: Training

Once your CryoEase^® service liquid mini tank has been installed, we won’t leave you on your own to struggle through an instruction manual. At Air Products we pride ourselves on our attention to detail and our concern for the safety of our customers and employees. As such we will provide full training and documentation to support your team whilst they get to grips with your new liquid gas tank.

STEP 4: Safety and maintenance checks

If you are already familiar with Air Products then you’ll know that we believe safety is of paramount importance. By investing in our CryoEase^® systems you will receive the assurance that it will be regularly and comprehensively maintained to exacting standards and in compliance with Pressure Systems Safety Regulations.

STEP 5: Automatic replenishment

Re-ordering product can be tedious and often time-consuming. We take the headache of ordering gas out of the loop because, quite simply, we do it for you. Your gas consumption will be monitored by Air Products and your product will be automatically replenished when required.
