Once installed, the CryoEase® tank allows you to focus on your
business without worrying about your gas supply. Your process
equipment remains permanently connected to the gas supply, ready for
use as and when you need it.
Improves workplace safety
The CryoEase® service requires no cylinder handling and eliminates the
need for cylinder change-outs. CryoEase® tanks operate at pressures
similar to your application and gas is piped directly to the point of use,
reducing exposure to pressurised gases.
Increases productivity; optimises operating efficiencies
The CryoEase® service provides a continuous, uninterrupted gas
supply, even during tank refills. Product replenishment takes place
automatically, without the need to place an order. Deliveries are less
frequent than the equivalent cylinder deliveries and require no
intervention or time-consuming handling.
Administration may also be simplified by a decrease in the number
of invoices requiring processing.
Manages costs
The CryoEase® system eliminates product residuals returned in
cylinders and dewars, so you only pay for the gas you use.
Enhances the working environment
The CryoEase® service reduces the storage space required for gases
and removes the need to have segregated storage areas for full and
empty gas cylinders. One small liquid tank can contain up to a staggering 125 cylinders worth of gas depending on the tank size and type of gas. Imagine the footprint of that number of cylinders, and you'll realise that the CryoEase® service really makes sense.
Guaranteed gas purity
Dedicated tanks eliminate the potential risk of cross contamination, guaranteeting high quality results. This is particularly beneficial in the analytical and laser markets.
Traceability
As Air Products’ Freshline® gases are used as additives and ingredients in the packaging process they are classed as foods. As such these gases must comply with the EU Regulation (EC) No 852/2004. While our gases have always met the quality requirements of the EU Food Additives legislation we have taken steps to ensure that our production process is fully traceable from the production of liquefied gases to supply at your site.
