Nitrogen Services

Helium leak testing

1% helium in nitrogen produces a similar viscosity to methane making it ideal for detecting the smallest leaks.

Foam inerting

Allows you to carry out hot work applications on vessels containing flammable liquids or vapours. Using this method, even extremely hazardous chemicals such as carbon disulphide present few problems.

Reactor cooling

Using either liquid or cold gaseous nitrogen, dependent on your vessel design, we can reduce the time spent cooling reactors, minimising down time.

Waste water treatment

We supply temporary nitrogen for quick and environmentally friendly aeration performance testing and for the de- and recommissioning of digester or gas plants.

Hydrogen Services

We are able to supply either liquid or gaseous hydrogen should your permanent hydrogen supply be temporarily lost. Moreover tube trailers of high purity hydrogen are available on a temporary basis for your reformer catalyst regeneration.

Plant commissioning

You can be sure of a smooth start up, on time, by using nitrogen.
We can purge a process plant into service, raise the system's pressure to operating levels with a 1% helium-nitrogen mix, and leak-test all potential leak paths under simulated conditions.
This is achieved safely and under controlled conditions, allowing you to calibrate and test instruments and set controls before going on-stream.

Air drying

Using dry air compressors we can achieve high levels of process drying at a more economical rate than that of using Nitrogen, which can then be introduced to achieve lower point levels if required.
